Canyon Bancorporation, Inc., our parent company, has entered into an agreement and plan of merger with CrossFirst Bankshares, Inc. of Leawood, Kansas. Subject to approval by regulators, Canyon Community Bank expects to merge with CrossFirst Bank in the second half of 2023.
