Thank you for being a valued customer of Canyon Community Bank, N.A., and allowing us to serve all your financial needs as an independent, community bank based in Arizona. As a customer with a relationship at our Catalina Branch, we want to inform you of upcoming changes to services provided there. In August of this year, we temporarily closed the Catalina Branch due to staffing shortages. After evaluating the actions necessary to restaff and reopen the branch, the Board of Directors has made the decision to permanently close the location.

As such, the Catalina Branch lobby and night depository services will remain closed and cease operations permanently effective January 11, 2023. The Catalina Branch ATM will remain available for cash withdrawals and deposit services.

We look forward to serving you at our Main Office, located at 7981 North Oracle Road, Tucson, Arizona, which will continue to offer all banking services. No action is necessary by you to transfer your accounts to the Main Office location.

Customers with a safe deposit box at the Catalina Branch

As part of this change, you must relocate your safe deposit box contents to a new box in the Main Office or close your box with Canyon Community Bank.

To accommodate your safe deposit box content relocation, the Catalina Branch will be open each Wednesday from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm, beginning October 12, 2022, until the end of the year. We ask for your assistance in this process and encourage you to visit the Catalina Branch to relocate the contents of your safe deposit box to our Main Office.

If we do not hear from you before December 30, 2022, we will schedule the temporary relocation of your safe deposit box to the Main Office location on Monday, January 9, 2023 until such time that you move the contents into a new box.
